AquaVie Wellness Center
AquaVie Fitness and Wellness Club, a luxury 50,000 sq. ft. health and wellness center in downtown San Diego, recently underwent a major renovation and invested heavily in new Technogym equipment. With a growing competitive landscape and nearby luxury gyms entering the market, AquaVie needed standout creative that could elevate their brand image, showcase the scale of their facility, and attract new members. They partnered with Freschi Creative to produce premium photography and video assets that would reposition AquaVie as a top tier wellness destination.
OBJECTIVES
Despite its impressive amenities and renovations, AquaVie struggled to communicate its value visually. Their existing creative did not match the high-end experience they offered, and they lacked cohesive, polished assets that could compete with larger fitness brands like Fit and Pacific Beach Athletic Club. The marketing team also needed support in defining the creative direction for new facility overview videos — they had ideas, but no clear concept or execution plan. With so much invested into the renovation, AquaVie needed compelling, versatile assets to drive awareness, strengthen their luxury identity, and fuel advertising efforts that would bring in new members.
SOLUTION
Freschi Creative developed a complete photo and video content package centered on elevating AquaVie’s brand presence. After conducting competitive research and presenting several creative directions, we aligned on concepts that highlighted the facility’s luxury design, upgraded equipment, and spa-like atmosphere. Originally scoped for one video, the client loved the proposed ideas so much that they expanded the project to include a second video.
We handled full production logistics ensuring a seamless day of production across the large facility. Despite a few on-site hurdles, the shoot ran precisely on schedule and captured everything the client hoped for plus additional content. We delivered a suite of high-end photography, two cinematic facility overview videos in multiple formats for cross-platform use, and all raw footage for their archives.

The first ad set delivered 64,822 reach, 136,263 impressions, and 2,940 website visits at a highly efficient $0.73 CPR. Additional ad groups generated 59,882 reach and 91,603 impressions at $3.67 CPR, while another produced 84,425 reach and 135,179 impressions at $3.84 CPR. These efforts established a steady flow of traffic and visibility, supporting both brand awareness and conversion-focused goals.
